Program Mission & Objectives

The Meinig School is committed to excellence and seeks to graduate biomedical engineers who, collectively after 3-5 years:

1. Pursue engineering/science activities in biomedical technology-related industry, academic, or non-profit organizations.
2. Apply Biomedical Engineering design principles to conceive, design, or realize products, systems, or services.
3. Adapt to the changing needs and opportunities for biomedical engineers through lifelong learning.
4. Engage with their communities or professional networks.
